This privacy policy informs you about the type, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data on our website.

When visiting our website, the following data is automatically transmitted by your browser to our server:

  • Name of the accessed page 
  • Referrer URL

This data is technically necessary to display our website correctly and to ensure its stability and security.

6. LinkedIn Plugins

Our website may integrate features from the LinkedIn network. Provider: LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Dublin 2, Ireland. 

A connection to LinkedIn’s servers is only established after your explicit consent via our cookie banner. Personal data (e.g., IP address, page access) may then be transmitted to the USA.

7. Web Analytics (e.g., Matomo or Google Analytics)

If we use a web analytics tool such as Matomo or Google Analytics, this is done only with your prior consent. 

  • IP addresses are anonymized. 
  • Data is either stored on our own servers (Matomo On-Premise) or transferred to the USA (Google Analytics).

Withdrawal: You may revoke your consent at any time via the cookie settings. 

8. Data Transfers to Third Countries

Some of the services we use (e.g., Google, LinkedIn) are based in third countries outside the EU, particularly the USA. 

Please note that these countries may not offer an adequate level of data protection comparable to that of the EU. There is a risk that authorities may access your data without legal remedies. 

Data transfers are only made with your explicit consent under Art.49(1)(a) GDPR. 

9. Disclosure of Data

Your personal data will only be disclosed to third parties if: 

  • we are legally obliged to do so (Art.6(1)(c) GDPR), 
  • it is necessary for contract execution (Art.6(1)(b) GDPR), 
  • you have consented (Art.6(1)(a) GDPR),

Children’s Data
